The Junior League of the Central Delaware Valley staged its showcase in a fine old Federal farmhouse in Princeton, N.J., inspiring Jeffrey Haines’s period treatment in this living room (right). Says the Far Hills, N.J., decorator: “The yellow upholstery and stripe wallpaper make you smile. Yellow has an energy all its owns.”
