Feel Blue

The Scout Guide's Tip No. 99 Feel Blue shares some of their favorite shades of blue paint colors.  Achieving subtlety in any color is often the goal and when it is achieved it makes the space feel so natural and unworked.

Tip No. 99 mentions painting the ceiling a shade of blue to take the room to the next level.  In the sitting room pictured below I did just that...took a soft and subtle shade of blue to the ceiling.  This shade of blue is brought back down into the room in the pillows and ties into the adjacent living room walls.  The soft blue adds freshness and a coolness to the room especially needed in this Florida home.
